The Okavango Delta Expedition 2011 Google Map!

We have put together a detailed Google Map of the route we took on this epic product test Expedition. We recorded waypoints along the way using our Garmin GPS. Amazingly we pretty much went in the right direction most of the time, apart from a jaunt north at the start to clear through the thick papyrus. If you fancy doing a similar expedition then by all means use these GPS point BUT make sure you take a guide who knows the Delta intimately and is good in a mekoro. We have also added new images from the expedition for each of the waypoints to add detail to the little blue markers. This looks best in Satellite view.
