Delivery Times, Charges & Terms:
How we get your order to you:
At present we use Royal Mail First Class 'Recorded Signed For' for delivery of orders to our UK customers, and Royal Mail 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' for delivery of orders to our European, USA, and Rest of World customers. All larger orders are sent using Interlink couriers. Please see below for delivery timings and costs. If your order is particularly urgent, please use our 48 Hour delivery option for UK orders, and contact us for timings if you are ordering from outside the UK. In the event that the Royal Mail are not working to their usual schedule, for example during strikes, we automatically start using our courier. Your order will therefore not be affected.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK Standard Under £10.00 (3-5 working days): £2.95 plus VAT
UK Standard Under £20.00 (3-5 working days): £3.95 plus VAT
UK Standard Over £20.01 (3-5 working days): £4.95 plus VAT
UK 48 Hour (2 working days): £7.95 plus VAT
Europe (7-10 working days): £15.00 plus VAT*
USA & Rest of World (Approximately 14 working Days): £25.00*
*For delivery to Europe, USA, & Rest Of World: 1) The standard charge is an estimate of the cost of delivery to you. While we do use Royal Mail 'Airsure' and 'International Signed For,' we prefer to send larger international orders by courier so that we are able to keep track of your order and ensure that you receive it on time. Should the delivery charges above not cover the cost of postage by courier, we will contact you with a quote for the delivery cost; 2) Please take extra care that you select the correct clothing sizes. In the event that you decide to return an item of clothing to us, and you require an exchange, the cost of postage back to you will be for your account.
**Please note that all delivery times are subject to stock availability. If we anticipate any delays with your order we will contact you to let you know. We will also only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you. We also aim to beat these delivery timing estimates.
Your departure date:
Please do tell us when your holiday begins, especially if it is within the next week or two. We will then be able to:
1) Assess whether or not we will be able to fulfil your order in time;
2) Prioritise your order so that it gets to you as soon as possible;
OR 3) Let you know straight away if we are unable to fulfil your order.
When you check out you will see a field on the checkout form which asks for this information.
Delivery Terms:
The delivery period stated above is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Please ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct, and that someone will be on hand to receive the delivery. If an order is delivered by a carrier to the address you give, and a signature is obtained we will consider the order to have been delivered as we cannot be held responsible if the details you give us are incorrect, or where a signature is obtained and you have not received the goods. We will of course help where possible to trace your order.
If you are ordering more than one item from our online store, any out of stock goods will be sent to you in a second installment as soon as the stock arrives. This will not delay delivery of the rest of the order to you. We will e-mail you to let you know which items are on back order.
If we are delivering to your address outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes on the goods when they reach the entry point into your country. These charges are for your account, and we advise you to check on these charges and relevant procedures with the revenue and customs department of your country.
Please note that shipments out of the UK may be inspected by customs when they reach your country, and the package may be opened.
