Returns
Returns Policy:
We are confident that we stock the best available products for your safari. Where we were not happy with the products available, we have taken the bold step of designing and manufacturing our very own Rufiji clothing and luggage. We are also dedicated to ensuring that you travel to Africa correctly attired, and will always recommend alternative products to exchange. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 working days of receipt for a refund, or within 4 weeks should you require an exchange.
We will offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. The original delivery charge will still stand. Please note: we cannot refund used or customer-damaged goods. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. Please note that refunds are processed at the end of each calendar month. If you return an item to us for a refund on say the 5th of the month, it will be processed at the end of that month.
Making Returns:
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please send an e-mail to service@thesafaristore.co.uk for instructions on how to return the goods to us. When returning items please obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
