  Torches dramatically increase your safety at night on safari. Shine your torch in front of you when you walk back to your room at night to ensure that you do not stand on any snakes or scorpions, or bump into wild animals that have ventured into camp.

  Safaris are by definition outdoor holidays, with hours spent exposed to the sun, often at a high altitude. Protecting your skin from the sun with our sun creams is vitally important!

  It is important to lock your luggage when flying to Africa - especially as luggage does go astray from time to time. Ensuring that your luggage does not exceed the luggage allowance for internal flights is just as important - and this luggage scale will accurately weigh your luggage.
