The Safari Store Boutique
We have launched our new boutique section as we realised that there are supplies that may not fall into the 'essentials' category, but which certainly add tremendous interest, or a splash of colour to your safari.
Here we are referring of course to our new 'Books & Maps' and 'Kikoys & Beachwear' departments.
'Books & Maps' should perhaps be listed as an essential as it is stocked with highly informative Country & Wildlife Guide Books that add value to the safari experience. We have also
added a new 'Recommended Books' section which stocks books recommended by fellow travellers, and includes his or her review of the book they have recommended.
Our 'Kikoys & Beachwear' department is the most colourful and perhaps the most indulgent part of our offering, with
exotic handmade kikoys, kikoy clothing, beachwear, kids wear, and of course kikoy accessories to brighten up your home. Most safaris end with a few days relaxing on the beach and the kikoy range is targeted primarily at your beach break (although they do make for lovely, colourful gifts too).
On the subject of gifts, we have now also added 'Gift Vouchers' to our Boutique. If you know of someone going to Africa or lands afar, or who would simply love our product range, then giving one of our gift vouchers allows them to decide on what they would prefer to buy.
Looking to the future, we are also searching for the ideal reminders of your time away. While we already stock beautifully photographed books in our 'Coffee Table Books' section (Books & Maps), we are tasting fine Cape wines, and delicious treats to find the ones which will remind you of your time in Africa. Once added, we will let you know.
